The Big 12

Pre-dating the state of Oklahoma itself, the Big 12 is the greatest Power 5 conference in the US – combing the Southwest Conference and the Big Eight Conference. 1994, the year the Big 12 officially formed in its current state, will go down in history as the beginning of the end for the rest of collegiate conferences to our future alien overlords.

The Big 12 is a 10-team superpower consisting of schools from 5 different states in the heart (maybe the stomach?) of the country: Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, & West Virginia.

The Hosts

You could say that each of the hosts has orange-colored glasses on and you would be absolutely right. EJ Hayes, Garrett Sauls, and Chris Armstrong each grew up in western Oklahoma and each graduated from Oklahoma State with various degrees. But that doesn’t mean they can’t be¬†mostly impartial (the “mostly” comes in with OU).

The hosts all take different approaches to the game of football so the insight is unique. While the final thoughts may be the same, the journey to them is certainly different.
